1. ORGANISER

The campaign is organised by C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle, Elizabetes iela 55, Rīga, Latvija, LV-1010, LV40103177024 (hereinafter: the Organiser).

2. CAMPAIGN NAME

"Mac and iPhone with zero. 0% interest, 0 € down payment, 0 € contract fee."

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

01.12.2025 – 01.01.2026 (hereinafter the "campaign period").

4. CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 During the campaign, customers have the opportunity to purchase a new Mac and iPhone with interest-free installment financing from C&C stores and the online shop during the campaign period.

4.2 The campaign applies to all Mac and iPhone models purchased during the campaign period.

4.3 The installment period with preferential interest is up to 20 months for both Mac and 12 month for all iPhone models.

4.5 The campaign can be combined with ISIC/ITIC discounts for students and teachers.

4.6 The installment financing provider is Inbank Finance AS. To find out the exact monthly payment, please review the installment conditions and submit an application for financing.

4.7 The credit provider is Inbank Latvia. Before signing the contract, please carefully review the terms and conditions and, if necessary, consult with an Inbank Latvia representative or another specialist.

4.8 C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle reserves the right to terminate the campaign prematurely or amend the campaign terms during the campaign period.

5. OTHER CONDITIONS

5.1 The Participant confirms that they are aware that by participating in the Campaign, the Organiser processes their personal data pursuant to the general principles of personal data processing of C&C EE OU Latvijas filiāle (read more at Privacy Police). By submitting personal data to the Organiser within the framework of the Campaign, the Participant gives consent for the processing of their data for communication related to the Campaign.

5.2 All disputes arising from the Campaign shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
