‍C&C is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users. Based on this, we have developed the following Privacy Policy principles regarding the collection, use, publication, transfer, and storage of customer data. Personal data is information collected by C&C to conclude a contract with or contact a person. Regular customer personal data may be collected in the following ways:

• by using the website from the customer account information or cookies;

• when shopping or placing an order in our store or online store, by saving personal contact information or shopping preferences (C&C may request voluntarily submitted personal data and personal information in certain sections of the website. Mandatory personal data may include name, address, postal code, email address, telephone number, and other information)

• by submitting a lease application.

Collection of Other Data

‍We also collect non-personally identifiable data - data that cannot be directly linked to any specific individual (gender, age, language preferences, location). We may also collect data about general customer activities in our stores and on our website. This data is aggregated and used to provide more useful information to our customers, as well as to help us find out which sections of the website, products, and services are the most popular. These aggregated data are treated as non-personally identifiable data according to this Privacy Policy.

Use of Collected Personal Data

‍By using the collected personal data, we may inform our customers about C&C product news, promotions, and upcoming events. A customer who does not wish to be included in the newsletter list or to receive notifications about products of interest can be excluded from the target audience at any time. We use the collected personal data also for product delivery purposes, as well as to fulfill obligations to the customer. To better serve the customer, “C&C” may disclose information about specific users to a third party providing services to C&C and has agreed to maintain the confidentiality of the shared information. A third party is, for example, our partner whose role is to transport goods sold in the online store or to provide lease services.

Our company has personal data processing specialists. The public limited company C&C EE OU's Latvian branch will transfer personal data only when necessary to authorize payments to EveryPay AS.

‍Personal data collected for Client identification and Client communication can be viewed, changed, and updated on our website in the section "My Information".

‍Protection of Personal Data

‍C&C takes all precautions (including administrative, technical, and physical measures) to protect client personal data. Access to data for editing and processing purposes is available only to authorized persons.

‍
All client personal data disclosed as a result of visiting and shopping in the C&C online store will be treated as confidential. The encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the buyer's personal and bank information.

‍By using our website or filling out a regular client application, you confirm that you have read and agree with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy if necessary, notifying all regular customers.
