Product Returns
If the purchased product, for any reason, does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days and the purchase amount will be refunded to you (according to section 2.6 of the e-store ordering rules).
To return a product, please send a return notification with a description to the email address shop_lv@cec.com, after which the Seller will coordinate with the Customer on how to return the Products. You can also return the product to your nearest iDeal store. All costs related to the return must be covered by the Customer.
In the event of a deterioration in the condition of the product to be returned, the buyer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from the use of the product, if the product was used in any way other than necessary to determine the condition, properties, and functionality of the product. To determine the condition, properties, and functionality of the products, the buyer is allowed to use and operate the product only as usually allowed in the store.
The portion of the amount to be refunded for returned products is refunded by the Seller to the Customer in the following manner:
the product is unused and the original packaging is unopened (including the clear film around the product box) - C&C EE OU Latvia branch will refund the customer 100% of the purchase price;
the product is unused, but the original packaging is opened (including the clear film around the product box) - C&C EE OU Latvia branch will refund the customer 90% of the purchase price.
the product is used and the original packaging is opened (e.g., the device is turned on, the product is dirty, damaged, or shows signs of use) - C&C EE OU Latvia branch will refund the customer up to 80% of the purchase price. The exact refundable amount is determined once the products are returned to the seller and the seller has performed an assessment to determine the value of the products.
We will refund the money for returned products back to the buyer's bank account without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of return of the products.
Products that do not comply with the return conditions due to health or hygiene reasons and are opened after delivery are not eligible for return. It is also not possible to return gift vouchers with unique codes, audio and video recordings, or computer software with opened packaging.
