Terms and conditions for filing a product complaint:

1. For individuals, the complaint filing period is 24 months from the date of product delivery. For legal entities, the basis is the manufacturer's warranty period.

2. During the complaint filing period, the consumer has the right to receive free product repairs. If the damage is due to a manufacturer's error, all material and manufacturing defects, as well as labor and spare parts costs, will be covered.

3. The basis for filing a complaint is a document proving the purchase.

4. Complaints do not include training in product use, adjustment, technical maintenance, cleaning, or restoration of the product's commercial appearance, or damage remedy if the damage is caused by failing to follow instructions.

5. The right to file complaints does not cover damages incurred during transportation after the product has been delivered to the buyer.

6. C&C does not rectify defects reported during the complaint period if they are caused by:

  • errors in the software installed on the device;

  • resulting from normal wear and tear;

  • misuse or improper technical maintenance (including if the device has been repaired or maintained by an unauthorized person);

  • damage, replacement, or removal of the device or part's serial number, security marking, or labeling tag;

  • product not functioning due to owner fault, improper use, failure to follow usage instructions, or defects resulting from careless storage, technical maintenance, or product overloading.

7. To determine responsibility, C&C relies on an examination (diagnostics) conducted by a manufacturer's authorized representative. If the expert evaluation reveals that defects are caused by the factors mentioned above but equipment repair is possible, the consumer has the option to order a paid repair. Devices with liquid/moisture-induced and/or mechanical damage will, henceforth, be repaired at a cost.

8. In cases where C&C is not responsible for rectifying the detected device damage and if device repair is not possible, the expert evaluation (diagnostics) must be paid for. 9. The fee for expert evaluation is not payable by the client - individual in the first six months from the date of purchase.

10. If the consumer disagrees with the C&C decision, the consumer must prove that:

  • the device is defective (based on expert judgment);
