Terms of purchasing used equipment
The appearance and battery life of used equipment are rated as AA+, AA, A+, A, B+, and B. Learn about the iPhone condition classes.
The battery life of a used device may differ from that of a new device. The battery condition is indicated in the device name.
A used device is not new and may contain third-party spare parts, and it may have been previously repaired. Batteries replaced by C&C are always Apple original spare parts, and work is carried out by Apple authorized service centers.
A used device comes with:
Phone: phone, charging cable
Apple Watch: watch, charging cable, silicone band
A used device is granted a one (1) year C&C warranty, and if the buyer is a consumer, they have the right to submit claims for manufacturing or material defects within two (2) years. The same manufacturer warranty conditions offered by Apple apply to used devices, but Apple's manufacturer warranty does not apply to used devices. Familiarize yourself with the warranty conditions.
If the item purchased in the e-store does not meet your expectations or dissatisfies you, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. After the device is returned, the purchase amount will be refunded according to the e-store order terms 2.6. point.
Devices with "era" indicated in their name are subject to special VAT regime because this device is purchased from a person who is not a VAT payer – an individual or other non-VAT payer, or from a VAT payer who himself has applied this special procedure (including from persons from other EU member states).
According to this regime, VAT is not specified on the invoice (according to § 41, paragraph 4 of the VAT Law), therefore, the buyer cannot deduct input VAT.
